On October 26-27, the Congress Center hosted the Open Doors Days for applicants and their parents, who came to get acquainted with the university and the areas of professional training.

As part of the first part of the event, an extended presentation was held in which university representatives spoke about the admission rules in 2020, as well as a list of specialties for which recruitment will be carried out. In the second part, a question and answer session was held, during which applicants were able to ask all questions of interest. The meeting was addressed by the directors of institutes in the areas of training and the head of the Center for Master's programs.

Scientists Demonstrated How an Individual Approach Helps to Treat Cancer
A team of biologists from Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University and Lobachevsky University (Nizhny Novgorod) analyzed available methods of targeted drug delivery to malignant tumors. Individual approaches to cancer therapy limit the influence of drugs on healthy tissues and reduce side effects. The results of the study were published in the Cancers journal.
