On the 80th anniversary of V-Day, the Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist-Leninist) proudly stood in solidarity to honour the heroic sacrifices of the Soviet Union during World War II. The Soviet people bore the brunt of the fight against fascism, defeating the majority of N**i forces, liberating Europe, and spreading socialism across the continent. Today, imperialist Western powers attempt to rewrite history, erasing the Soviet Union's decisive role in the victory over fascism—but we will not forget, and we will not let their sacrifices be erased.

Outside the UK Soviet War Memorial, we gathered to pay our respects, despite the presence of Ukrainian fascists who sought to disrupt our commemoration. Their presence only strengthens our resolve to remember the truth: that it was the unity and strength of the Soviet people that led to the fall of N**i Germany and the liberation of millions from fascist tyranny during the Second World War.

Join us as we stand against historical revisionism, fight against fascism in all its forms, and defend the legacy of the Soviet Union in World War II.
