Have made automated VPS online status checker. No need to check it or restart manually, or ask me admin to do that. Every 5 minutes it polls our servers and in case of no response boots them up and running and sends me notification email what happened.
Also soon I plan to offer the EA which monitors terminal crash it is attached to and restarts it automatically or sends email to user.

Lately we have blocked two bad guys, who ordered our services to use it for DDOS attacks. First one dissappeared without claims, while the second one had pretended to be as innocent as a sheep and promised to tell everyone how bad we are that we block hackers..
