Sheremetyevo International Airport
At the end of last year, our team started to work on the project of implementing a system of monitoring, control and debt collection at Sheremetyevo International Airport. This is one of the largest aircraft ports in Europe, and moreover, Edward Snowden lived here. Maybe he fell in love with Russia because of airport hospitality!

Sheremetyevo International Airport is not only the arrival and departure halls, baggage claim and recreation areas. A large number of areas are used by tenants, including cafes and restaurants, shopping areas, play areas and etc.
In connection with the growth in revenue and the number of tenants, it became necessary to automatically and timely identify tenants who did not pay for services, recall the need for payment, review the payment terms and make other work to minimize receivables.
Based on the tender results conducted by Sheremetyevo International Airport, it was decided that the group of companies FIS meets all the requirements for methodology, functionality, and costs for work with debt as much as possible.

A group of companies FIS took part in the official IT-meeting between Russia and Venezuela!
On July 15 in Moscow, a meeting was held with the Venezuelan delegation, chaired by Rashid Ismailov, Deputy Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation. The agenda was the cooperation between the two countries in the field of information and communication technologies.
The company "Financial Information Systems" was invited to an official meeting to speak about its business decisions in the financial sphere. The topic “Automation of business processes on the Case Platform” was prepared by Alexei Shikhalev, the business development manager of the FIS Group.
After the conference, Alexey commented, "The event organization was at the highest level. Of course, it should be amended that the allocated time for the presentation was too limited. In terms of the Venezuelan delegation itself, they made a very positive impression - positive, cheerful and business people. They invited the Russian delegation to participate in the technology fair, which will be held in Venezuela in September 2017. They kindly gave me a book about Venezuelan politician and revolutionary - "Our Chavez".
The conference participants discussed software products for the telecommunications sphere, solutions for optimizing the activities of the public and commercial sectors, developing software in the field of information security, software products for decrypting data, and developing software for business processes automation.

In 2016 FIS company won the tender and sign a contract with Raiffeisen Bank to develop an automation system for factoring operations. Short periods and a large amount of customer service requirements have not been hindered of a fully integrated our solution in just 8 months. At the end of last year, the bank launched the first deals and conducted operations in the new system.
FIS Factoring is based on FIS Platform and consist of 9 main modules: counterparties, contracts and agreements, registers and delivers, commissions, limits, stop-factors, payments and debt service, operations and transactions, reports. FIS Factoring solution allows to flexibly modify the integration, processes, conditions, and parameters of factoring services. Our solution was developed taking into account all requirements of Raiffeisenbank.

This market is interesting for us because the effective provision of factoring services directly depends on the level of operations and processes automation.
