From 26–30 January 2026, Rwanda joins hands to strengthen the culture of data protection and privacy across the country.

This national awareness campaign, led by the Data Protection and Privacy Office - Rwanda, builds on the foundation of Law Nº 058/2021 and reminds us of one key truth:
Compliance is beyond registration. It is a continuous journey.

Protecting personal data is not just a legal obligation, it is about trust, accountability, and respect for human dignity.
