This bootcamp is part of our celebrations for June Men’s Mental Health Month to celebrate, recognize, and appreciate men, and to encourage everyone to prioritize their health, mindset, and wellbeing.
Please note: Starting in July, we’ll be hosting this Men’s Bootcamp on every last Saturday of the month so you can mark your calendar and keep the momentum going.
