Youth, it is important to honor our country's progress by building on what we have, instead of tearing it down. The foundation is set, now it is your turn to work hard, stay positive, and expand these achievements for you, and your country.

We are for the youth, by the youth! This year, we want YOU to lead the way in shaping our content. Let us know the topics that matter most to you: mental health, unemployment, climate change, or others.

As you kick off this year, start with a goal to be the change you want to see. What are you doing today that will help you achieve your goals this year as a youth? Let us be intentional and make each day count.

Self-care is not a luxury, it is a necessity. Perhaps you have heard of the saying: "You can't pour from an empty cup." Make sure to take the time to prioritize yourself; whether it's to rest, recharge, or reflect. Take care of your mind, body, and spirit. This will help you be the best version of yourself, for you and others around you. 🫶
