Secondary Teachers English Language Improvement Rwanda (STELIR) programme, funded by Mastercard Foundation and delivered in collaboration with the Rwandan Basic Education Board, strengthened English Language for lower secondary teachers in Rwanda’s state education system, improving learning opportunities for students.

Claudine, a School Based Mentor, speaks about the sustainability of materials and CPD in her school.

The STELIR programme provided her with guidance on how to deliver sessions and new approaches of teaching.
