Sometimes, impact doesn’t announce itself loudly.

It may show up quietly, in commitment, consistency, and people who refuse to quit.

With my team, I am so proud of what we built together in 2025.

And for this reason, many of you entered our 2025 Gratitude Wall (you were our speaker, moderator, project implementers, collaborators, supporter or advisors.

We didn’t do everything we planned. But we did what mattered.

Now, we are even more excited about what comes next, as the next set of leaders for 2026 takes on the mantle of leadership.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, stayed the course, and chose to create true impact with us.

We honour every laugh, every sacrifice, every lesson, every risk, and every bold decision that shaped JCI Rwanda into a home for thousands of young change-makers.
