Last month, Imigani Talks brought together filmmakers, artists, entrepreneurs, and cultural practitioners for conversations about the ideas, experiences, and questions shaping Rwanda’s creative and cultural landscape.

For our second edition, we turn our attention to architecture. On 1 July, we’ll be joined by , an architect, artist, and creative thinker whose work explores how space, memory, and human experience connect. The conversation will be moderated by .muteteri.heremans , a filmmaker whose work uses archives, storytelling, and cinema to look at how we make sense of the world around us.

Together, we’ll explore a simple but far-reaching question. Can architecture make us better people? From the homes we live in to the public spaces we share, architecture shapes how we move, connect, remember, and belong. We’ll talk about the role of design in everyday life, the emotional and cultural dimensions of space, and how the environments we build can influence the kind of society we become.

Another conversation. Another gathering. Another chance to think together.
