From Sunday, February 1, overseas institutions and global funds can now trade directly on the Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) — marking a major milestone for global investment access.

Banan Real Estate Co. is set to join the Main Market (TASI) on December 9th, 2024, trading under the symbol 4324 in the real estate management and development sector. The stock will have a daily price fluctuation limit of 10%.

Trading in Banan shares was halted on December 4th, 2024, to facilitate the transfer process. Last November, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) approved Banan's request to transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the TASI.

Banan was initially listed on Nomu in August 2021. The company boasts a capital of SAR 200 million, divided into 200 million shares priced at SAR 1 per share. The stock's last trading price on Nomu was SAR 8.25.
