What does it take to shift systems and open doors for women at scale?

At Nusf, we believe it takes partnership, persistence—and the power of purpose.

We are honored to receive the 2024 for the Promotion of Human Rights and Women Empowerment in the GCC, awarded by the Delegation of the European Union to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the Sultanate of Oman.

This recognition affirms the core of our mission: advancing women’s leadership across every sector of our Saudi society.

For us, this isn’t just a prize. It is a tribute to the thousands of women we’ve walked alongside through our mentorship programs, the voices we’ve listened to through our the skills we build in unemployed women, the leadership development we deliver to high potential future leaders and the pinnacle now is our Saudi Women on Boards readiness program, along with advocacy for inclusive policies.

It truly is a shared victory with our community, partners, and the ecosystem of allies who make this work possible.

Across every program, our focus has remained clear: equip women not just to enter the room—but to create value.

In a year where Saudi Arabia ranked first globally in empowering women in Artificial Intelligence, and more women than ever are taking seats in boardrooms and C-suites, this award is both a milestone and a motivator.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the and all those championing and women’s leadership in the region.

قوة معرفة المرأة بالأمور المالية يؤدي إلى تحسين قراراتهاالمالية ، مثل الاستثمار ، والمدخرات الأكثر فعالية ، ودعم الأسرة ، وإدارة الديون بشكل أفضل ، والتخطيط للتقاعد

كما أن زيادة المعرفة بالثقافة المالية وفهم مواردها ، يمكن للمرأة تنمية استثماراتها ودفع ومساعدة النساء الأخريات على التوسع في أعمالهن أو دعم أسرهن من خلال توسيع فرصهم المالية.
