Executive Female Secretary Job Opportunity

We are a leading Saudi company seeking to hire for our branch in Alexandria:

Dynamic, Ambitious, Self Motivated, Highly Committed Professionals with Leadership Qualities for the following position:

Executive Secretary with the following tasks:

- Performs many high-level clerical and administrative tasks, including managing information technology, creating presentations or proposals and taking responsibility for confidential company documents

- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for Inquiries, Quotations, Purchase Orders and Correspondence

- Conduct searches to find needed information of suppliers, using Internet

- Handling international calls

- Preparing data bases

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in similar position preferred to be an import company

- Fluency in speaking and writing English

- Proficient in Microsoft office programs

- Preferable education “ Business Administration”
