H.E. Mr. Zuhair bin Mohammed Al-Zoman, Assistant President of the Human Rights Commission, heads the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s delegation participating in the 19th Session of the Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (COSP19).
In the Kingdom’s statement, H.E. highlighted key national efforts to empower persons with disabilities and promote their active participation, within the framework of national legislation, Saudi Vision 2030, and digital transformation initiatives.
