We are a self-motivated and results-oriented Telesales Agent to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will be contributing to VoM’s growth by engaging potential customers, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients

✅ Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Background in B2B SaaS sales, particularly selling cloud-based software solutions to SMEs (small & medium businesses)
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and the complete sales cycle
- Excellent qualified lead generation skills
- Strong skills in identifying client business needs and matching them with VoM software solutions
- Confidence in making high-volume outbound calls with persistent, professional follow-up
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals
- Knowledge in using CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Familiarity with the Saudi market is a plus
- Accounting background is a plus
