Member confession

I banned my wife’s family from my home. My wife and I had a joint account where I would save and put money for groceries and outings. I had also saved fifteen to twenty lakhs in this account. While I was on office trip my wife gave that money to her family without my permission and they have not paid it back. She said they would pay me back but they never did. Because of this I banned my wife from having any access to our shared money and I demanded that she note down where every penny was going. Her family and extended family are all banned from my home and I stopped attending any events with them. They did not even bother to come to me and apologise even though they have not returned the money. I will never forgive them and my wife thinks I am being unreasonable. They say things like you are well off so you can make that money again quickly so it is not a big deal. But that is not the point. It was still a lot of money and it was my hard earned money.
