📌 We are proud to be contributing to one of Riyadh’s most iconic developments, the STC Headquarters Building.

🤝In collaboration with our valued success partner Cube Metal Industries Co. , Al Andalus Glass is supplying approximately 13,000 sqm of high performance 30 mm Structural Glazing Units (SGU), achieving a U-Value of 1.23 W/m²·K and an SHGC of 0.21, for key areas of the project including the building wings, mosque, and innovation facilities.

Glass Configuration:
Outer Pane: 6 mm SN 40 by Guardian Glass Middle East & Africa, Heat Soak Tested
Spacer: 18 mm Aluminum Spacer
Inner Pane: 6 mm Clear Glass Heat Soak Tested

This configuration has been carefully engineered to balance solar control, thermal efficiency, and long-term façade durability, supporting the project’s ambitious architectural vision and sustainability objectives ♻️
