GraphiX Design is looking to hire a Customer Support Representative to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintaining client relationships by continuously providing high quality customer care with the highest level of professionalism.
• Handling customer inquiries.
• Represent the company in meetings.
• Attract prospective clients.
• Oversee and follow-up on contracts and payments.

Requirements:
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Sales or Customer Service.
• Strong knowledge of IT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Proposal writing and presentation.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to solve problems, take initiative and work individually with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
