🌍 Global Surgery Week 2026

A collaboration between Incision Sudan 🇸🇩 and Incision Bangladesh 🇧🇩 to spotlight the urgent need for safe, timely, and accessible surgical care worldwide.

Across both countries, millions still face barriers to essential surgery due to shortages in workforce, infrastructure, equipment, training opportunities, & equitable access to care. From rural communities to overcrowded urban hospitals, the gaps are real, but so is the potential for change!

This week, we raise our voices to:
🔹 Advocate for stronger surgical systems
🔹 Invest in surgical education & training
🔹 Improve access to safe & affordable care
🔹 Empower the next generation of global surgery leaders
🔹 Push for equity in healthcare delivery
