Job Title : Executive Assistant

• Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems.
• Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries, and hotel bookings.
• Office administration and providing support to the Chairman/ MD and the overall organization management.
• Interface with company legal advisor (yearly license and registration renewals … etc.)
• Interface between management and the rest of the organization.
• Preparations for tenders and audits.
• Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
• Answering phone calls and managing GM calendar.
• Organizing meetings and booking meeting room.
• Maintains office supplies inventory.

Job Title: Talent Management Specialist

Minimum 3 years experience in Human resource filed

• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Implement recruitment plan based on organization structure changes, company restructuring or new vacancies.
• Prepare job profile and job description for the opening vacancies, post and contact advertise agencies for C.Vs.
• Review online applications, Screen Shortlist applications according to job requirements
• Coordinate pre-employment test schedules and interviews.
• Manage communications between applicants and hiring managers.
• Follow up on the interview process and update candidates and hiring manager. Negotiate job offer and follow up with HR Admin to issue employments contracts.
• Responsible for the Induction Program for new employees.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in the field of recruitment and selection. Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices.
• Complete timely reports on employment activity/recruiters/Employee engagement and any other related reports.
• Track employees probation period and contract duration (employees +trainees) and send notice emails to their supervisor / managers.
• Build recruiters database and develop evaluation criteria. Builds applicant sources/database by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.

• Manage the daily operations.
