Here are 12 simple things you can do to use less plastic!

🛍️ Use re-usable bags when you are shopping.
🥃 Use glass containers instead of plastic.
🎋 Use toothbrushes made of wood or bamboo.
🔩 Use a stainless steel water bottle (+ it keeps the temperature longer!)
🧼Use bar soap instead of pump.
🥤 Buy reusable straws.
👨‍🌾 Shop at farmer's markets, then you can avoid packaging!
☕ Get a travel mug, many cafes also give a discount if you have your own!
♻️ Support brands with eco-friendly packaging.
🔥 Change out your plastic lighters against a refillable one or matches.
🍯 Buy foods in glass jars and re-use them for other things.
🥫 Prioritize drinks in aluminium cans, a recycled aluminium can saves 95% energy.
🙅Refuse single use plastic, ask the restaurant not to include it if you are ordering takeout.
