Many designs in one design, awesome right? So how do u avoid everyone else buying it too thus making it kinda boring?

Don’t worry, we found a golden solution:

We will soon launch a series of ‘tile’-prints like this one. The difference is, the tiles will be blank. “But isn’t that boring?” U ask. No no, that’s where you’re worrying over nothing. We will also launch a ton of super strong vinyl stickers that fit the blank tiles. This means u get to choose between a ton of different designs to add to ur own deck in the way u want. Chances are no two ppl combined their blank tile decks the exact same way.

Production stages

1. Setting up veneers in the correct order, checking each sheet for serious flaws (cuts, chipping etc.)
⏰ 5-10 min

2. Glue each veneer (has to be fast so the glue won’t cure before the deck is shaped)
⏰ 5-10 min
⠀
3. Moulding in vacuum
⏰ 5-6 h
⠀
4. Take it out of the vacuum bag and cut to the right size
⏰ 25-30 min
⠀
5. Shape deck manually for a perfect edge (allows you to also check if the veneers have been glued together properly)
⏰ 30 min-1h
⠀
6. Measure and drill truck holes
⏰ 25-30 min
⠀
7. 1st layer of varnish + cure time
⏰ 6 h
⠀
8. Add vinyl print
⏰ 15 min
⠀
9. Heat vinyl so it cures into the varnish
⏰ 1-1,5h
⠀
10. 2nd layer of varnish & let cure fully for the print to be super durable so it won’t wear off in no time
⏰ 8 h

11. Grip tape time!
⏰ 15-20 min
