Let me introduce 3 of our amazing dishes 😍
First off, 🥩 Tartar of tenderloin with fried shallots, creamy eggyolk with soy, pickled radish and sesame vinaigrette!
Next up is our 🌮 Taco with shrimps and crayfish marinated in lime and ponzu. Topped off with avocado, mango, cilantro and furikake…
And lastly, our 🥟 Dumplings with soy protein, semi sundried tomatoes, couscous and thai basil. Flavored with an oil with lime leaves and galangal 😍
