Join Ella for an in-depth introduction to the world of non-alcoholic beverage creation, on Thursday, September 17, 16:00–17:00. A limited number of 12 seats are available for this tasting.

During this intimate tasting, Ella shares her background, philosophy and approach to creating drinks that complement food. Together, you will explore how flavour, balance and complexity are built through different ingredients and techniques.
The session also includes practical demonstrations, discussions about food and beverage pairing, insights into Vyn’s non-alcoholic programme, and tastings of selected juices from our beverage pairing.
