For as long as I can remember water has calmed me down. I am not sure if it is the sound of the waves, the wind on my face, the salty smell, or a combination of all 3. Either way the ocean relaxes me.
I love sitting on a rock, the sun beaming down on my face, the breeze blowing in my hair, and the salty air being drawn down in my lungs.
Or floating on the surface, listening to the pebbles being shifted by the motion of the water. The feeling of weightlessness. It relaxes me to my core.

This is a problem among patients with so called invisible illnesses. Such as fibromyalgia, different forms of arthritis, EDS, endometriosis, and many other chronic and very painful illnesses.

I like knitting. In some of my patterns, you have to keep track of how many rows you have knitted.
As an example, knit 18 rows, on row 19, you knit 2, purl 1, and the pattern goes on.
Keeping track of how many rows you have knitted can be a challenge. Thankfully, there are items that will help you.
Like these pretty stitch markers. They are personalized with a little pendant. As you can see on the second photo, the plastic stitch marker just isn't as pretty as the personlized ones.
I was showing them to a great friend of mine. Elaine Hughes. She asked if I could make these. Of course I can. And a side hussle was born.

As a person who can't really hold down a traditional job anymore, I am often looking for side hussles. Something that doesn't drain my energy and something I like. Crafting is a past time I enjoy. But haven't thought about monetizing yet.
