New Mystery Case! A 29-year-old man with dizziness and headache
A 29-year-old man presented with dizziness and headache for two months. MRI revealed a mass in the lateral ventricle with attachment to the septum pellucidum. MRS (TR 1600 ms, TE 135 ms) showed high glycine, decreased N-acetylaspartate, and increased choline peaks.
Questions for consideration:
1. What is the differential diagnosis for the MRI lesion?
2.How is MR spectroscopy contributing to the diagnosis?
