Catrin Ditz har lång erfarenhet av utveckling i projektform. Hon har varit projektbeställare, drivit styrgrupper och varit projektledare, främst relaterat till verksamhetsutveckling och digitalisering i både privat och offentlig sektor. Hon är nu programchef för ett nationellt innovationsprogram och föreläser om förändringsledning, organisationsutveckling och samverkan.

Catrin har även gjort ett TEDx-talk om ledarskap och blivit utsedd till årets offentliga chef 2015🎖️

This summer, Amanda Bränström has been working at UNIK Partner for two years as a full-time consultant. She took a moment to reflect upon these years and here are her thoughts:

"I started at UNIK Partner as a student consultant while still in university, and I think that has been one of the best career choices I have made. It gave my a great start on my worklife and when I got the question to stay on as a full-time consultant after graduating, I didn't hesitate to say yes. One of the benefits of working as a consultant is experiencing different organizations, projects, and people. It's been a great journey where I have developed my project management skills while also having the great opportunity to contribute to UNIK Partner's continuous development as a company. We're a great team of like-minded who everyday try to do the best for our customers. I look forward to great times ahead!".
