Today, let's talk about the importance of good communication skills as a business owner. Most of the challenges we face with customers or client is lack of communication.

Although some customers or clients are hard to deal with. However, with clear and appropriate communication you can handle them.

Three weeks ago, a 2 client paid for Nile tilapia juveniles and post Juveniles and they asked us to deliver them to Freetown.

Since we Agro Fish Farm SL Ltd have promised not to replace any dead fish anymore when we supply fingerlings orJevenile especially Nile Tilapia

So, for that reason, we will ensure to get the fish to the customer/client healthy and active, which means we need an oxygen/ erator system to support the fish on the road as we travel with it

We were supposed to deliver the fish last weekend, but we were not able to get a power system to power our mini arator machine

So our Aminata Kandeh communicates with the clients and explain to the situation on the ground and the clients understand

We finally delivered yesterday to one of the clients although we still have one more to do, because we did it in bits as we have not gotten a power system to power the mini aerator machine
