SECRET IN MARRIAGE AFFAIRS

EPISODE 25

After a long frustrated and chaos night between the two two couple, Mr and Mrs Conteh; once again aunty Marie's son Foday didn't slept at the house that night.
He went and forcefully invade a promise land that wasn't his, thereby ra**ng S.P. Azaya's daughter.

The damages coursed by Foday are inevitable to his father Conteh, if he doesn't steal, he will fight his fellows and sometimes often killed. The gentiles spirit in him really made his father doubt, if he is truly his biological son,or probably the baby was exchange in the hospital with another man's child.

Foday ra**ng the daughter of the Senior Police officer, who was literally known as S.P. Azaya indeed led to a big problem for Foday's father. Only God knows the connections he had with Azaya's daughter that led to that ra**ng, he literally does it forcefully.
As he was the first guy to ever sleep with the girl Abibatou Azaya, which she later declares that she has nothing in common with Foday.

This news went viral, all news and media houses made a publication concerning this case, as the decision of S.P. Azaya still stands still of putting him behind bars.

And the negative plans of his mother Marie that she had for the poor innocent boy was abolish, she literally forgot about the bad plans she'd for John and focuses on her son case.

As this news indeed grieved Mr. Conteh, though he wasn't surprised about what his son Foday did to that poor innocent girl Abibatou Azaya, since his son has a satanic gene.
And he wasn't even budgeting for the release of his son Foday, he told his wife that he has a lot of things and investments to do with his money, than just focusing on one failure who doesn't have plans for his life.

After the arrest of Foday,Marie went to her husband Conteh inorder to convince him to free his son from this shameful situation.
As Mr. Conteh firmly refuted her, that Foday should at least pay for what he has done to people's daughter.

Few months later after all the chaos had happened.
Mr. Koroma, who was accused by Dr. Kofi and his girlfriend Marie years back was released,as he was prisoned for something he didn't do. As Dr. Kofi together with his girlfriend Marie fashioned that, Mr. Koroma who was believed to be Marie's former fiancee tried to r**e her.
So he was locked up in jail for almost six years. And after that six years, he was released from prison by the president of Sierra Leone.

It was on October that he was released through a presidential pardon, after his released he didn't reach to his family; but he rather went directly to Mr. Conteh's house for the reason known best to him.

But that morrow when he arrives at Mr. Conteh's house,he didn't met Mr. Conteh at the house. Who was literally his frenemy, and Aunty Marie was not happy for his released,in fact she thought
he'd escaped from the prison.
As she try telling him to return wherever he's coming from.
As he appeared like a wretched mad man who has no hope absolutely no fate, he was literally dratted like any destitute; literally like a nuisance.

She bustle as she pace before him with a disappointed and woeful and look on her face:
“What are you doing here?" Marie asked as she looks around with a bad look

“Ohh! Wait, don't tell me you're panic or maybe you're afraid of my return" Said Mr. Koroma with all seriousness

“Please leave this place before my husband or son come back, please leave we will talk about this later. Please! Please! Leave" she said with fear

“What do you think? Do you think I'm gonna let you be after all what you've done to me?" He asked

“Please I beg of you, please go, wait; I promise to come over to your place" She said

“I'm here to tell your husband about this biggest secret, that's why I'm here" He said

“Pleaseee! Pleaseee! I love my family, please don't do this to me" She said as she kneeled down to apologize

Five years later, after John has left Sierra Leone for America. His younger brother Foday, the son of Aunty Marie became a drop out, he couldn't forward his secondary education simply because he'd all the chances in life, but he chooses life, failure and ego over his own fate.
Foday at the age of twenty-two became a nuisance to the community, and moreover to his own parents and other kinsmen. Mr. Conteh was still alive, though he was literally grown in age and literally becoming weak quotidian. Mrs. Conteh, simply known as Aunty Marie endure with her grandchild. Because Foday impregnated Pretty Musu, one of the area's prettiest young women, and behold; she bored him a bouncing baby boy. His father wanted to forlorn him, because he can't be feeding the father, mother and also the kid. But his mum appealed on his behalf, it was kinda a good thing for her.
Foday started taking ma*****na, co***ne and all other genres of illegal drugs,his father never supported him concerning this matter. But he also used to steal from their neighbors, thereby, breaking the doors on the innocent people at night while they sleep inorder to grab their properties and possessions. Though there was literally no exhibit against him, but everyone in the vicinity do concord that Foday was responsible for their missing chickens, rabbits,pots and other utensils.
His father rarely do discipline and counsel him, though he never listens.

As he usually does his own thing in his genre.
One day Mr. Conteh came home exhausted and stressed, and he brought a new phone home which he said he had bought for approximately Le 3,000, and a new computer which was given to him by the company. Which comprises with the informations about the company,plus a $300 as his salary.
That night, he left the money and all things he'd brought home in the bed; He then went to the bathroom to take his bath.
And the money and all the things he brought.

Sister Cecilia Fyle's husband Dr. Fyle came to pay a visit to his beautiful wife Fyle and Grace.
Since it has been close to three years that he left Sierra Leone, he return to take his wife and daughter to the United States of America, he'd laid down the foundation he needs for his family, especially for his daughter Grace, beautiful Grace.
When Aunty Marie saw the beautiful Range Over that Dr. Fyle brought, the whole vicinity was shocked, ranging from the Conteh family and the others. Except John, because he was told about their family history,so he knew everything from the start, even before the arrival of Dr. Fyle.

And John hastily went inside to extend his gratitude to Dr. Conteh.

“Dady welcome back to Sierra Leone,it has been a while now." Said Grace

“Yes my dear, and now your dad is here,so let's celebrate." Said Sister Fyle as she hugged him

“Welcome sir" said John joyously as he smiled

“Young man, how are you doing. Who's this young man?"Asked Dr. Fyle

“Well! Dad, he's our neighbor. He's the son of our landlord Mr. Conteh." Said Grace

“Yeah! He's just like a son to me" said Sister Fyle

“Oh! Okay! You're welcome, why won't you seat down" Dr. Fyle said as he shook John's hand

Literally, they'd nothing against him, so she couldn't complain that night; even though John was starved by his stepmom, yet he didn't discuss with his father non of these things which his stepmom and stepbrother had done. If there would've literally been another way for both the mother and son to halt this proposal,they would've done it.
The competition was supposed to be held the next morrow on the 23th of February,2022; at the Bo city plaza.

Early in the next morrow, the episode of his epoch was about to start. His stepmom never step her feet at that plaza, not to mention his stepbrother, they didn't make it for the program.
And he won the debate competition and brought the trophy at the school the next day for a proper celebration. Since he was the first pupil that had ever won such competition for the school, amidst grade A Schools in town,he came out successful and victorious among all the schools.
His good neighbor and her daughter Grace were there to give him their full supports, though his stepmom wasn't there coupled with her son Foday.
But Mr. Conteh was also there for him that night,he didn't goes to work, that day just for his son John's program. And his presence at the house that Friday made things simpler for John, because he wasn't treated badly.

“You son of a wretched woman” Said Foday rudely

John was ferociously angry,he grasp Foday's hand and sweep him to the floor. He slapped him before his mother once again; and Marie hit him with a stick at the back.
Luckily, Sister Fyle, a born again christian. Who was also a very good tenant of Mr. Conteh; who was their neighbor saw everything. And she hang around her adjacent apartment, to carefully and properly listen their dialogues.

“What do you think you're doing to my son?” She asked

“Did I just heard you say your son?” John asked

“Listen to me,it has been so long that I'd been hiding this rubbish called secret from you, you're not my biological son; and you'll never be my son. Over my dead body” She replied

“So if you're not my biological mother; then where is my authentic mother?” He asked quietly and woefully

“Your wretched mother was a husband snatcher, and I'm glad she'd passed away” She said

He hastily asked:
“Wait! What' killed her? What was her name?” He asked

“That's non of my business, all I care about is the redemption of my husband; because he was locked up in a bottle by your tout mother.” He said

“Failure, son of a beast." Said Foday rudely

“From now on, you've to be careful with my son'. Never you lay your filter and polluted hands on him never again; lest you leave this house” She said

She looked around, to see if whether anyone is around.

“So listen to me, if you' want to stay healthy, peaceful and alive in this house, make sure you avoid my family." She said

Sister Cecilia Fyle overhead and saw everything that happened, but as a born again christian.
She believes in silence and self accountability, and John quietly left their presence and evil koinonia.

During the night hours, at approximately 8:00 pm.
Mr. Conteh' arrived home late that day, and he met everyone in his zone.
Except John, he was not home that night, he was with Sister Fyle.

Dr. Kofi himself was married to Mrs. Kofi, but he yearly leave Ghana for Sierra Leone just to see his girlfriend Marie.
And she left the house urgently,as she bustle to board a motor bike to reach Kobeibu on time.
When she arrived,she was so happy, as she ask the cashier of the hotel to direct her to the room #10.
But the cashier couldn't,so the hotel manager led her to the room #10,as she demanded. She never believed she will again see her long time boyfriend, until they hugged and kissed each other in the hotel room. Then she finally believes that her Kofi is back for her.
She asked:

“When did you arrived?" She asked

“Yesterday" Said Dr. Kofi with a long smile

“You know it has been so long that I'd been waiting for you to come back, but I'm glad to see you again. Haha! I'm super excited right now" She said impatiently

“So I hope no body find out that you were coming over?" Dr. Kofi asked

“Of course no, no one know about my coming here, wait are you scared?" She asked

“Of course I'm scared, because you're somebody's wife." He replied

“Will you please stop, hmmm! I'm always irritated when ever I'm with that guy." She said

“Who Mr. Conteh?" He asked

“Yes him" she replied

“So let's forget about that man, and let's do our own thing here please." He said

“oh! Yeah" She said

She switched off her phone, and throw it far away from the bed.
As she was given the best romantic moment she ever had in her life.

They do enjoyed their romantic moment in the inn,they both had a great, stupendous and winsome moment together like any wedded spouses. Behold it was adultery between the adulterer and the adulteress.

Mrs. Conteh' left the hotel room to pave her way home, and her former boyfriend Alahaji Koroma caught them on the scene of leaving the hotel premises; As Kofi escorted Marie out of the hotel to board a motor bike.

Since that was the only way she thought she could have revenge that night, and Conteh was left alone in the bed,in that cold wind.

Foday do overheard all their conversations that night, that his eldest brother, John is not the authentic son
of his mother, but he is rather his step brother; Whose mother unfortunately kicked the bucket decades ago.

She died immediately after given birth to John, so aunty' Marie had no choice but rather to accept him.

John was loved by his father because of his positive qualities which Foday don't have any of the good ethics.
John was meek,wise, sincere, obedient, industrious and submissive. These were qualities that Foday do not have,he was always at the PeS stations playing gamble,or the cinema watching premier leagues, stealing money at the house to play xbet; which after which,his mother will defend him that' his son is not a thief.

Leaving all his house chores for John.

18 years old John was appointed to represent his school in one of the inter-schools debate, where in he was selected by his school Methodist High School, to represent them in that debate.
Everyone in John's school was so happy for him, including his vicinity.
Unlike aunty Marie and his son Foday, who weren't bliss for John,they were like destiny and progress destroyers.
But the proposal was accompanied with a couple of documents, which the school administration demanded the parents of this debater to sign the agreements.

Which simply means,Mr. and Mrs. Conteh's signatures were needed on the documents as a sign of approval.
Mr. Conteh signed his own part of the agreements, but Marie fails to sign the proposal.
She instead refuted the documents, that'the school administration had done nepotism and favouritism.
She debunked the agreements and didn't sign it, hoping that it was his beloved son that would have been selected by the school.

Every night, whenever they make a fight, her son Foday will stairs at the corner of the door, spying on; and secretly listening to their dialogues.

She stood up from the bed:

“So Conteh you want to tell me that your wretched son wouldn't do such a thing?” She asked

“Marie! Marie!
Will you please allow me to rest, I'm just coming back from work, please let me rest” He replied

“Okay now I understand; Whenever your sole called son does something wrong, you'll always support him. That spoil bastard” She aggressively said

“Woman you can call me all such of names, but I can't allow you to call my son all such of names” He angrily said

“Okay! I don't blame you, I blame myself for all these rubbish, because if I wouldn't have accepted that illegitimate child in my house,there would've been no such nonsense” She said

“Woman,his mother is dead for God sake, will you please have some pity on that innocent boy?” He asked

She clapped her hands on Mr. Conteh's head aggressively:

“Hoo! Hoo!
Now I got your point, so you want that son of yours that you bored out of wedlock to be a king in this house, my house?” She asked

“He's innocent, he doesn't even know all these things, you're the only person that knows all these secrets; will you please let him be” He said

“That's your own business,who cares about whatever secret you're hiding from your bastard son?” She asked

“I'm not in the mood for this, good night” He said

But the bed didn't shakes that night; Yes indeed, Chinua Achebe was literally right, when he says that: “When the bed shakes at night, there'll be peace in the house”.

And though, through out that night there was no peace in the house. Till the morrow dawn, there was no peace, because aunty'Marie didn't shake the bed for Mr. Conteh.
The most fascinating thing was when Mrs. Conteh brutally exit the room that night,she slept in the guest room.
EPISODE 3 IS COMING 🔜

EPISODE 1

As usual, Foday was not around that day; and his elder brother used his ball for physical exercise.
With him hastily running fro and to,he bustle with joy as he played amidst his fellow gurus. As he enjoyed the game with his colleagues, though the ball wasn't his. Yes though, he do finished all his domestic chores at the hut, so there was nothing more left for him to do there; and was not even in a bustle to detour, nor to return home.
And his mother, Aunty Marie, was agonized, seeking for him everywhere like a prodigal son, who'd got missing. She flew to the Cinema hall, but couldn't found him there, only Foday' was there; she checked at the PeS station, but still couldn't found him there.

She was literally directed by some naughty boys, and she immediately went at the field. That was where she saw him, she approximately caught him seating on the ground after a long battle in the field.
She ferociously and aggressively interrupted the game in the field,halt and still the game by slapping him.

She slapped him:

“You fool! You fool! It seems like you've no conscience; you're becoming useless everyday” She said

He stood up from the ground: “Mom I'm sorry, I just came here for a physical exercise; and nothing much” He replied

“So John you've the capacity to talk to me in such ethics?” She asked

“But mum.......” He said

“Don't call me your mum , I'll wait for your father; I'll tell him how you insulted me today” She said aggressively

He kneeled down, weeping like a baby:
“No mum, please don't tell him about this, I don't mean to insult you” With tears in his eyes

“John, stand up and go and wash the dishes for me, I want to dish my meal” She said

“But mum I thought Foday had done so already?” He asked politely

“No! Foday is not around, so you're going to do all the house chores” She said aggressively

“But mum, I thought dad had already dedicated that' job to Foday, that he should be washing dishes?” He asked

“Who do you think is your slave in that house,or who do you think will do those house chores for you? Me!?” She asked aggressively asked

“Okay! Mum I'm coming, I'll do it I promise” He said with an apology

She slapped him once more and said: “Just wait till I reach home before you, you'll regret it” she left aggressively

And she aggressively left after distracting the whole friendly league,the audience looked at all her actions towards John, and some ended with the conclusion that' John is not the real so of Aunty Marie.
After the long sympathy and empathy conveyed by John' friends to him,they comfort him, like the holy trinity.

So John hastily pace after his aunt with an extraordinary speed. He was afraid of the decision made by his aunt to tell his father concerning what he has done, because his father will definitely discipline him without no contradiction. So with fear and depression,he hastily run home and he approximately reached at hand.
He was wash all the spoons, plates, and all other kitchen utensils. He did the job which his younger brother should have done, but didn't do it; He joyously wash all the dishes without any agony from the heart, mormorn neither acrimony, with a blissful heart filled with profound gratitude.
After all the countless house chores done by John,his mother deprived him of his right by starving him that day. Aunty' Marie didn't give him any food, though he was the one that does all the house chores, but she filled Foday's bowl with rice and rich delicacy. And told him that he will be trumped when he is grown up, this agony and depression keep eating John up, but there is nothing he could do,he has absolutely no one to complain to.
Even if he has a person, there is no way he will be able to do so because he was so afraid of his father and his mother Aunty Marie.

And John was approximately 18 years in S.S.S.III at the Methodist High School Bo, and his younger brother Foday who was approximately 17 years, and he was also in S.S.S.III.
But John was a Head Boy on campus, so no matter how much his younger brother Foday misbehave,he would never dare to punish him, because if he does, his mother Aunty Marie will fall on him heavenly.
So do that day faded, leaving John in his dark world wondering what punishment will his father Mr Conteh give him.

Mr. Conteh returned home that night, he was very exhausted and damn depressed, hoping he could be comforted when he reach home. But it was an ill-fate on his path.
Pa Conteh met nothing but complains from his dear wife Marie, in connection to John.
Mr. Conteh clearly knows that his son' would do no such thing that his mother is accusing him of.

Aunty' Marie keeps refuting Mr. Conteh, fashioning that he is always defending his dratted son even though he knows that his son may be wrong.
But this usually happens at night when they are in the room together,she fashioned lies against her own son with the reason known to her.
