1️⃣ Kidneys Repair Themselves During Sleep

Kidneys filter blood 24 hours, but night sleep is the main repair time.

Late nights disturb the body’s natural repair cycle.

Over time, this weakens kidney function.

This raises blood pressure, which is the biggest enemy of kidneys.
