To my Boss and my Bosses
I see unethical leadership styles in all spheres; home, school, office etc. Below are tips of unethical leadership behaviours:
1. Promoting their own self-serving vision
2. Suffocate opposing views that enhance growth and development
3.Demand their own decision be accepted as gospel truth
4. Fail to engage staff on sensitive issues
5. Low staff motivation
6. Provide insufficient resources to enhance excellence service delivery
7. Enhancing grapevine
8.Always pulling down staff to obscurity
9. The strategy of Divide and rule between and among personnel
Advice:
If you are one of them CHANGE for the better...or the future will haunt you
Collegues beware of unethical boss(es). Always execute and obey their instructions and command with no question.
