He is currently an Embedded Technical Expert for Sierra Leone’s Ministry of Education, he advances hashtag by developing technical hashtag to enhance data accessibility. His published research includes the EcoAI Tracker (ITU, 2025) and Automated Diabetic Retinopathy Detection. Specializing in and Smart Grids, Mohamed leverages high-tech solutions to drive hashtag and climate resilience across Africa.
