Employers found illegally hiring foreign nationals without valid permits face heavy fines, operational bans, or business closures.

Key Highlights of the Enforcement Drive:

Regional & Border Controls: In addition to regional offices, stricter compliance and immigration sweeps are taking place at airports, seaports, and border crossings.
