Jagaban must breathe no matter what ✊️✊️✊️

Early this morning, heavily armed police officers stormed the premises and disgracefully fired tear gas at Jagaban and peaceful attendees who had gathered to witness the religious ceremony. This reckless and thuggish behavior turned a sacred and peaceful event into chaos.

“Let’s be clear—this wasn’t about bad luck or fine margins. This was a structural failure from Manchester United. From team selection to in-game balance, they never controlled the match. Brighton didn’t need to be exceptional; they just needed to be organised, and United did the rest for them.

The problems started before kick-off. Casemiro should have played. Against a Brighton side that lives off rotations and vertical passes, United needed someone to protect the space and manage the tempo. Without him, the midfield was bypassed far too easily, and the back four were left exposed all afternoon.

In possession, United were their own worst enemy. Mason Mount drifting inside wasn’t the issue—the issue was that nobody compensated. Dalot didn’t push high enough, the right flank disappeared, and Brighton were able to defend narrow and press selectively. It made United predictable and easy to contain.

Defensively, both goals came from poor full-back positioning and a lack of coordination between the lines. This isn’t about individual mistakes; it’s about a team that doesn’t defend as a unit. When the midfield doesn’t screen, the defence will always look fragile.

Up front, Šeško’s movement was promising, but at this level you have to take your chances. Nearly is not good enough if you want to compete for the top four. And Cunha out wide simply doesn’t work—he’s not a winger, and playing him there kills width and overloads central areas.

There’s also a bigger squad issue here. United have too many players who want to operate as number tens and not enough natural wingers or a dominant number nine. That forces Bruno Fernandes to do too much, too deep, and you lose his impact where it matters most.

Finally, the uncertainty off the pitch is starting to show on it. There’s no clear identity, no consistent structure, and very little in-game control. If there’s a top coach available, United need to be decisive—because performances like this won’t get you anywhere near the top four.

This wasn’t a bad day at the office. This was a warning.”
