On pre-printed panels — stickers, nameplates, graphic boards — there's no margin for error. If the flute tool doesn't follow the contour exactly as designed, the piece becomes waste.

The CNC Ranger with camera registration system reads the panel's actual position on the worktable. If the material sits at an angle, the software detects the rotation and adjusts the cutting path in real time.

What changes on the shop floor:
→ No need to align the material perfectly at right angles
→ The machine finds the reference marks wherever they are
→ Human error disappears from the zero-offset set-up

The operator places the panel. The machine handles the rest.
