A new mining company in Somaliland is seeking an experienced Geologist to join our expanding exploration team!

🔎 Role Highlights
▪ Lead geological mapping and exploration programs
▪ Supervise drilling, sampling, and field operations
▪ Analyze geological and geophysical data to define ore bodies and support resource estimation
▪ Work closely with engineers and project teams
▪ Ensure safety, environmental, and operational compliance

🎓 Requirements
▪ Degree in Geology, Geoscience, or related field
▪ 3–4+ years of experience in mineral exploration, preferably with exposure to:
- Gold, Silver, Platinum
- Gemstones
- Iron Ore
- Metallic Minerals (Lead, Zinc, Copper)
- Industrial & Non-Metallic Minerals
- Energy-Related Minerals (Coal, Oil & Gas)
▪ Strong technical reporting and data interpretation skills
▪ Proficiency in geological and modeling software
▪ Ability to work in remote and field environments
▪ Strong communication and teamwork abilities
