VLINC (Venture Launch Incubator)is a free incubation program for early-stage tech-enabled, digital, and creative founders in Suriname. We are looking for experienced professionals to join our mentor network and support emerging entrepreneurs on their journey.

As a mentor, you will guide one founder through a structured incubation process, helping them validate their business idea, strengthen their go-to-market strategy, and build the habits needed to turn an idea into a real business.
