Root Of Jesse Ministry"ROJM"
Isaiah 11:10 (KJV)
*God's Judgment on Pride and Arrogance*
Psalm 75:7 (NIV) - "It is God who judges: He brings one down, he exalts another."
*The Dangers of Pride*
One of the greatest sins before God is pride and arrogance. This is because a proud and arrogant person cannot humble themselves to receive God's mercy and blessings.
*God's Word*
1 Peter 5:5 (NIV) - "God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble."
*The Consequences of Pride*
Pride makes God your enemy and opposer. Proud and arrogant individuals:
- Lack fear of God
- Commit great sins and evils without shame
- Show no regard for humanity
- Worship idols and practice satanism
- Prioritize wealth and power over human life
*David's Reflection*
Psalm 73:3-9, 11-12 (NIV) - "For I envied the arrogant when I saw the prosperity of the wicked... They scoff and speak with malice; with arrogance, they threaten oppression."
*God's Justice*
Psalm 73:16-19 (NIV) - "When I tried to understand all this, it troubled me deeply till I entered the sanctuary of God; then I understood their final destiny. Surely you place them on slippery ground; you cast them down to ruin."
*Lesson*
God rules this world. Live a life that pleases Him, and you will succeed, along with your descendants. Seek wealth and success through righteous means.
*Prayer*
Oh Lord, grant me humility and obedience to You, that I may succeed and receive Your blessings in my life. Amen.
Have a filled and blessed Monday!

JUDGEMENT DAY
Luke 16:19-31 (KJV)
There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:
And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,
And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.
And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;
And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.
And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.
Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house:
For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.
Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.
And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.
And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.
Daniel 12:2
And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt
Ecclesiastes 12:14 (KJV)
For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
Matthew 12:36 (KJV)
But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
Revelations 20:12
And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done.
Revelation 11:18 (KJV)
And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
2 Corinthians 5:10 (KJV)
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
2 Corinthians 5:10
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.
Hebrews 9:27–28
And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment, so Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him
Revelation 20:12–15
And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done. And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one of them, according to what they had done. Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire
2 Peter 3:10–13
But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed
Revelations 9:6
And in those days people will seek death and will not find it. They will long to die, but death will flee from them
