Our mission is to inspire and empower every member of the Crew in whatever path he or she chooses. We believe in teamwork, growth, and supporting one another to succeed.

In leadership and community engagement, we promote cooperation among the active youth of Aweil. We welcome everyone male or female, of any age without discrimination.

We also support competent individuals in leadership by helping with campaigns, mobilization, and voting during elections, whether in school associations, youth leadership, or the wider community.
