Position: Network Pe*******on Tester - Full Time Job
Location: Damascus
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Prepare Gathering Information forms, tables, and questionnaires to help in defining the scope of work, in addition to understanding customer needs
2. Preparing pe*******on testing platforms related to the network, on a regular basis, including pe*******on tools, physical and virtual operating systems & it's updates.
3. Plan with alignment to the methodologies and create pe*******on methods, scripts and tests.
4. Operate a hands-on role involving pe*******on testing and vulnerability assessment activities of the wired, and wireless networks, for targeted enterprise, based on the predefined scope, in coordination with Information Security team.
5. Carry out Online/Onsite testing of a client's infrastructure to expose Strengths/Weaknesses.
6. Consider the impact of the pe*******on testing on the network & it's users, with informing concerned parties regarding these impacts.
7. Report and prepare required documents, including results of vulnerability assessment /pe*******on test results, defining findings with evidence about current & potential risks, with clarifying solution methods & recommendations/migration plans.
8. Contribute in company's awareness campaigns, delivered to customers, & individuals, through presenting, preparing presentations, & studies when asked.
9. Perform any assigned task, requested by the management.
Needed Education:
- Bachelor Degree in IT/ Communication/ Computer Sciences or equivalent.
- (CEH + CCNA) certification/ certificate of attendance is required.
- (CCNA Security / CCNP / ECSA / OSCP) is plus.
- (LPT) is Preferred.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge in pe*******on testing techniques.
- Good knowledge in System Security field.
- PTES and/or MITRE ATTA&CK Framework Methodology approach.
- Good knowledge in pe*******on testing techniques.
- Knowledge in using different telework apps, as such as (Zoom – Teams – Skype …etc.)
- MS-Office skills.
- Good English skills.
- Flexibility in working onsite & remotely.
