المتطلبات:
- الخبرة في استخدام برامج التصميم (Ai + Ps).
- الخبرة في تصميم الهويات البصرية بطريقة إبداعية ومتكاملة (الشعار + الهوية البصرية + الدليل الارشادي للهوية).
- الخبرة في طرق وأساليب عرض مختلف الأعمال الفنية وتسويقها وبالأخص الهويات البصرية.
- القدرة على انتاج تصاميم إحترافية وإبداعية متطابقة مع الهوية البصرية.
- القدرة على مواكبة التطور والقدرة على استخدام أدوات الذكاء الإصطناعي.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive the development and ex*****on of effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic, and acquiring leads and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to align with company goals.
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Lead communication with customers and understand their needs.

• Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, content, and traditional media).
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content.

• Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.

• Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market.

• Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze competitors.
- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Utilize data to optimize marketing efforts and ROI.

• Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Allocate resources to maximize impact and efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Experience:
- Proven experience as a marketing manager in marketing agencies.
- Strong background in marketing.
- Knowledge of the culture of the Saudi market.

• Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- The skill of persuasion and effective communication.
- Proficiency in the English language.

• Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

- الخبرة في تصميم منشورات مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي.
- القدرة على انتاج تصاميم إحترافية وإبداعية.
- القدرة على مواكبة التطور والقدرة على استخدام أدوات الذكاء الإصطناعي.
