From January to January you are battling with a headache that doesn't want to go away or aches and pains all over your body. You may have gone for all kinds of scans that find nothing. Everytime you consult there isn't really a proper diagnosis or an explanation to the causes of the headache or the aches and pains. You then end up very frustrated because you do experience the pains but everytime you consult they find nothing and nothing you have tried seems to work.
The answer could be that what you are suffering from is more emotional/psychological .
The only language that our bodies use to communicate to us is pain or discomfort. Even when we are not well emotionally or psychologically our bodies tell us through symptoms like body pains, headaches, constipation,diarrhea, lack of sleep etc.
The biggest mistake is that we then treat the symptoms instead of the real issues e.g treating the lack of sleep (sleeping pills) instead of the underlying depression.
STOP TREATING SYMPTOMS BUT THE UNDERLYING CAUSES.

☆confess to yourself /acknowledge
☆seek psychotherapy
