This week, government, private sector, civil society, academia, and development partners came together at the Royal Villas Hotel, Ezulwini, for a three-day Portfolio Sensemaking Workshop convened by UNDP Eswatini and facilitated by experts from the UNDP Regional Service Centre for Africa.
As the world navigates increasingly complex and interconnected challenges, the workshop is exploring how a portfolio approach grounded in systems thinking can help unlock transformative solutions for Eswatini’s development priorities.
The discussions are helping shape UNDP Eswatini’s Prosperity Portfolio, focused on strengthening institutions, fostering a diversified and green economy, and empowering citizens to drive positive change.
Together, we are moving beyond isolated projects to co-create pathways towards inclusive and sustainable prosperity for all Emaswati.
