Update #2 from the month of October:

We are proud to share that Coach Philile “Philz” and Coach Anele “Barkely” were recently invited to attend the prestigious Sports Administration Level 2 Course hosted by the National Olympic Office (EOCGA), powered by Olympic Solidarity.

During the first weekend of the course, our coaches were immersed in powerful sessions on Project Management Principles, learning how to apply strategic planning and ex*****on across various sporting codes. Another highlight was an in-depth exploration of Change Management. Understanding its critical role in driving growth, adaptability, and long-term impact in sports organizations.

Through group work and presentations, Coach Philz and Barkely exchanged ideas with fellow participants, gaining insights that will not only elevate One Drive, but also contribute meaningfully to the broader goals of the national basketball federation.

As the coaches work to submit their level 2 projects month end, we are excited about what is ahead because when our coaches grow, our players and programs thrive!

Our Co-Founders/Coaches have been on the move, sharpening their skills through Coaching Courses, diving deep into Sports Administration, and yes… celebrating a special birthday milestone Growth isn’t just happening on the court but it’s happening in the classroom, in leadership, and in life.
