What you’ll be doing:

Leading, motivating, and developing an incredible in-store team.

Overseeing merchandising, stock control, and daily operations.

Driving sales planning and managing performance reporting.

Ensuring our customers always receive top-tier service.

What we are looking for:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (or equivalent) + O’Level certificate.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the retail sector.

Strong leadership, high integrity, and the ability to work under pressure.
