It is exciting to see the energy as we welcome the new cohort of the Shiselweni Business Incubation Training Programme, proudly brought to you by Eswatini National Youth Council in partnership with SEDCO and Youth Enterprise Fund - Eswatini

Day 1 was all about setting foundations with Business Plan development, and the upcoming days will focus on mastering financial management through Bookkeeping.

Our SEDCO CEO shared a beautiful message of encouragement, reminding the youth to run confidently with their ideas. She emphasized that no one should lose heart if their plans need work; our coaches are here to guide them every step of the way. She also shared an exciting wish to see our incredible women entrepreneurs take center stage and take home top prizes at the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards- Eswatini (EYA)

Today’s training session, held at the American Corner, Manzini Public Library, focused on empowering entrepreneurs with practical knowledge in:

Empowering Youth Entrepreneurs in the Hhohho Region! 🌱💼

SEDCO was honoured to participate in the Hhohho Youth Business Seminar, organised by the Youth Enterprise Revolving Fund (YERF) in collaboration with Pigg’s Peak Town Council, Pigg’s Peak Inkhundla, and other stakeholders, under the theme:

“Market Opportunities and Access to Finance.”

Held on Friday, 26 June 2026 at Gobolondlo Hall, Pigg’s Peak, the seminar brought together over 200 young entrepreneurs, government institutions, development partners, private sector stakeholders, and other stakeholders to explore practical solutions for growing sustainable businesses.

During the Business Support & Development session, SEDCO showcased its enterprise development services, including:
✅ Business advisory and consultancy
✅ Business planning
✅ Entrepreneurship training and mentorship
✅ Business incubation and growth support
✅ Company registration support
✅ Access to SEDCO iHubs and innovation spaces.

SEDCO also engaged directly with the youth through its exhibition stall, providing information on the wide range of services and programmes available to support MSMEs in starting, growing, and sustaining their businesses.

Together, we continue to empower Eswatini’s youth with the knowledge, tools, and opportunities needed to build resilient and competitive enterprises.
