For so long, society has tried to convince mothers that we must shrink ourselves, cover up, tone it down, and silence the parts of us that are sensual, vibrant, and free. But motherhood didn’t erase my womanhood. I can love my children deeply and still love the way I look in a swimsuit. I can nurture little souls and embrace the fullness of my own.

This trip was a reset. A reminder that I am allowed to be multifaceted, wife, mother, lover, friend, leader, bad b**** on the beach, all of it. 🖤🌊

So here’s to women, especially mamas, who refuse to be put in a box. We are layered, limitless, and unapologetically both/and.
