Clams deserve more attention...

A proper Spaghetti Vongole, our Guazzetto di Cozze, Vongole e Fregola, or if you spot it on the specials board… whole fish with clams, tomatoes, olives and potatoes (one of our personal favourites and one we always get excited to see return).

They bring sweetness, depth and that unmistakable taste of the sea. If you’ve never tried clams before, maybe this is your sign.
