Position: Human Resources Manager

Role Responsibilities:
· To manage the recruitment, people development, employee relations, compensation and benefits of staff in office and offshore.
· Develop headcount schedules and salary forecasts
· Formulate organization plan and structure
· Develop career plan for individuals
· Assist to identify training needs
· Carry out interviews for all positions
· Monitor performance appraisal
· Coaching, counselling and integration of new joined staff

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar capacity
· University degree in Human Resources Management or Business
