Our client is the local leading of gold trading business under Group of Companies and Thailand's largest gold importer founded more than decade ago.
Position: Human Resources Manager
Role Responsibilities:
· To manage the recruitment, people development, employee relations, compensation and benefits of staff in office and offshore.
· Develop headcount schedules and salary forecasts
· Formulate organization plan and structure
· Develop career plan for individuals
· Assist to identify training needs
· Carry out interviews for all positions
· Monitor performance appraisal
· Coaching, counselling and integration of new joined staff
KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar capacity
· University degree in Human Resources Management or Business

In 1989 the Cowie family founded Staffers Recruitment Consultants Company. The mission was to serve employers by providing human resources that would assist management to improve business performance and minimize staff costs.
With over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry, Staffers has remained committed to placing high caliber staff
in high profile companies. Staffers strives to fully understand the clients’ industry specific needs, corporate environment

In 1999 Staffers launched its first outsourcing service, managing sixty placed employees in just four months. Today Staffers manages over four hundred outsourced employees for eleven multinational companies.
