บ้านพักอาศัย 3 ชั้นที่ออกแบบภายใต้แนวคิด ความเรียบ เท่ และโปร่งสบาย

การออกแบบเน้นเส้นสายแนวตั้ง (Vertical Lines) เพื่อเสริมมิติความสูงและความสง่างามของอาคาร
ผสานโทนสีอ่อนและกรอบอาคารที่เรียบคม สร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ทันสมัยแต่ยังคงความอบอุ่น

ชั้นล่างถูกออกแบบให้เป็นพื้นที่กึ่งเปิด (Semi-Open Space)
ด้วยหลังคาโรงจอดรถขนาดใหญ่ เชื่อมต่อการใช้งานจากภายนอกสู่ภายในอย่างลื่นไหล
ขณะที่ช่องเปิดแนวตั้งขนาดใหญ่ช่วยดึงแสงธรรมชาติเข้าสู่ตัวบ้าน
เพิ่มการถ่ายเทอากาศ และลดความอึดอัดของอาคารแนวลึก

พื้นที่สีเขียวบริเวณด้านหน้าและระหว่างอาคาร
ทำหน้าที่เป็น Buffer Space ช่วยสร้างความเป็นส่วนตัว
พร้อมเพิ่มคุณภาพการอยู่อาศัยในระยะยาว

🏡 Modern Contemporary Residence

This three-storey residence is designed under the concept of simplicity, elegance, and spatial openness.

The architectural expression emphasizes vertical lines, enhancing the sense of height and proportion while giving the building a refined and contemporary character.
A soft, neutral color palette is carefully selected to balance modern aesthetics with a warm and livable atmosphere.

The ground floor is designed as a semi-open space, featuring a generous carport canopy that seamlessly connects outdoor and indoor functions.
Large vertical openings allow abundant natural light to pe*****te deep into the interior, while also improving ventilation and reducing the visual mass of the building.

Green spaces at the front and between the buildings act as buffer zones, providing privacy, shading, and improved environmental comfort.
These elements collectively enhance the overall quality of living and long-term sustainability.
